perfect zoo day!

We've had some strange weather in Colorado lately, but the Monday after Mother's Day was gorgeous, so we decided to head to the zoo! We got there right at 9 when it opened (and Rob thought it couldn't be done!), and it was perfect! It was so empty, it was like we were there by ourselves for a few hours!

Here's the little guy finishing up some apples before heading to the zoo. Caleb is about 20 months old. Noah wore those same shorts all of last summer, after his third birthday!

Each time we go, the boys pick if they want to ride the train or the carousel. The carousel almost always wins!

We saw this sweet mama goose keeping her little fluffy goslings in line! Caleb loved these guys too!
