I was pretty happy with the way the robot cake
looks, unfortunately, the
taste is another story... In my early morning haze, I accidentally made the butter cream icing with PEPPERMINT instead of ALMOND. Ooops! So, instead of tasting vanilla almond delicious, the flavor was a little bit more Crest! We used the cake for show, and I made a batch of vanilla cupcakes with vanilla and almond butter cream to serve with the "choc-y choc-y" cupcakes that Noah requested (you know, for those strange folks that don't like chocolate).
